 Prompt response: someone who influences me in a positive way is my mom. My mom is patient, kind, and caring, and I try to bring that into my own life. When things get stressful, I think about how she would handle it, and it helps me stay calmer. Summary: Her  influence shows up in how I talk to people and how I deal with problems. Reflection:  It made me realize that the small things people do can actually teach you a lot, even if they don’t realize it.

Prompt: Creating a video is more than just placing pictures together—it’s about capturing a feeling. Explain how you tried to bring your assigned letter to life in your Adobe Express video. What mood were you aiming for, and how did your editing choices help you communicate the message or emotion of the letter?

 Prompt response :  For my Adobe Express video, I tried to bring my letter to life by choosing pictures and music that matched the feeling I wanted. I kept the clips simple and used transitions that made the mood clear. Summary: I  focused on creating one main mood and used my editing choices, like timing, music, and visuals to show the emotion of the letter. Reflection:  I realized how much the small details matter. It helped me understand how to use editing to share a feeling, not just put clips together.

Prompt: In letters 6 -10, we see how Celie starts noticing the strength of people around her, like Shug Avery’s independence and confidence. Think about someone in your life who inspires you to be stronger or more confident. What qualities do they have that you admire and try to learn from?

She shows me that being strong means believing in yourself and not giving up.
