Prompt Response : One time I was judged unfairly was when I forgot to answer a question in class. The teacher assumed I wasn’t paying attention, but I was just nervous and froze up. It felt unfair because my effort and preparation weren’t recognized, only my mistake was noticed.  

Summary: I was judged as if I hadn’t studied when in reality I was just too nervous to respond in class.  


Reflection: This experience reminded me that people often don’t see the full picture. It made me realize I need to give myself grace when I mess up, and also be careful not to judge others too quickly based on one moment.
